The Notice of Removal states that Plaintiff Bailey "worked at MVTI's location in Peoria, Illinois, from 2019 to 2020." Id. at para. 17. The complaint also alleges that Bailey "resides in Peoria" and worked in Peoria. See Dckt. No. #1 -1, at para. 4, 11. Peoria is in the Central District of Illinois, not the Northern District of Illinois. By September 28, 2020, Plaintiff shall show cause why this case should not be dismissed for improper venue, or transferred to the Central District of Illinois under section 1404. Mailed notice.
