Filing 10 MINUTE entry before the Honorable Gary Feinerman:Motion for leave to proceed in forma pauperis #8 is granted. Pursuant to 28 U.S.C. 1915(e)(2)(B), the amended complaint #1 is dismissed without prejudice. The amended complaint does not state any federal claims against Defendants, and the court relinquishes its supplemental jurisdiction over any state law claims against defendants that are not federal entities. If Plaintiff wishes to proceed with this case, he must file a second amended complaint by 11/19/2020. If Plaintiff fails to do so, or if Plaintiff files a second amended complaint that fails to state any viable federal claims, the federal claims will be dismissed with prejudice and the court will relinquish jurisdiction over the state law claims. The status hearing set for 10/28/2020 #3 is stricken and re-set for 12/9/2020 at 9:30 a.m. Attorneys/Parties should appear for the hearing by calling the Toll-Free Number: (877) 336-1828, Access Code: 4082461.
