Although the complaint invokes the diversity jurisdiction, 28 U.S.C. 1332(a), it does not properly allege the citizenship of either party. Plaintiff may discharge this order by filing a Jurisdictional Addendum that properly alleges the citizenship of both parties. If Plaintiff fails to do so by 9/30/2020, this case will be remanded to state court.
