ORDER : THIS CAUSE coming to be heard pursuant to this Court's prior Order setting this matter for Remote Status on November 18, 2020 at 9:00 am, and Plaintiff's Request for Entry of Default and Motion for Default Judgment against Defendant Powerhouse Global, Inc. set for presentation on November 18, 2020 at 9:00 am, summons and complaint in this action having been duly served on the above-named defendant on September 24, 2020, Defendant having failed to plead or otherwise defend in this action, Counsel for Plaintiff appearing Remotely, Defendant failing to appear, and the Court being fully advised of the Premises;IT IS HEREBY ORDERED and ADJUDGED that:1.Plaintiff's request for default is granted;2.Plaintiff's motion for default judgment is granted; and, 3.Judgment is hereby entered in favor of Plaintiff Organica, Inc. and against Defendant Powerhouse Global, Inc., in the amount 4.of $434,037.09, consisting of $379,188.45 for Contractual Damages plus $54,848.64 for accrued statutory prejudgment interest of 5% per annum per 815 ILCS 205/2 for the period December 29, 2017 to the date of this Judgment.
