September 24, 2020 Filing 6 MINUTE entry before the Honorable Gary Feinerman: Motion for leave to proceed in forma pauperis #3 is granted. Plaintiff may proceed in forma pauperis. Pursuant to 28 U.S.C. 1915(e)(2)(B), the complaint #1 is dismissed without prejudice. The complaint does not explain how Trump Tower could be responsible for Plaintiff's eviction from 4 East 111th Street, Chicago. Nor does the complaint set forth how Trump Tower discriminated against Plaintiff based on a disability. If Plaintiff wishes to proceed with this case, he must file an amended complaint by 10/22/2020. Failure to comply will result in the dismissal with prejudice of this case. Motion for attorney representation #4 is denied without prejudice because Plaintiff has not shown that he has made a sufficient effort to obtain representation on his own.
