ORDER: Plaintiff's application for leave to proceed in forma pauperis #3 is granted. The Court orders the trust fund officer at Plaintiff's current place of confinement to deduct $3.67 from Plaintiff's account for payment to the Clerk as an initial partial payment of the filing fee, and to continue making monthly deductions in accordance with this order. The Clerk is directed to send a copy of this order (electronically if possible) to the trust fund officer at the Lake County Adult Corrections Facility and the Court's Fiscal Department. Summonses, however, shall not issue at this time as Plaintiff's request for attorney representation #4 is granted. The Court requests that Sarah King, Clifford Law Offices, 120 North Lasalle Street, Suite 3100, Chicago, Illinois 60602 (sfk@cliffordlaw.com), assist Plaintiff in accordance with counsel's trial bar obligations under the District Court's Local Rule 83.37 (N.D. Ill.), and file an appearance by November 20, 2020.1 The Clerk is directed to send a copy of this order to: (1) the PACER Service Center at http://www.pacer.psc.uscourts.gov/register.html; (2) the Systems Department of the Northern District of Illinois; (3) attorney King; and (4) Plaintiff.
