The complaint does not include sufficient information in support of the amount in controversy. Under 28 U.S.C. 1332, the amount in controversy must exceed $75,000. Other than a claim for $60,000 and 60% of the amount Plaintiff seeks to recover under the Policies, the complaint alleges no basis to infer the amount in controversy, such as, for example, the policy amounts. Further, the complaint fails adequately to allege diversity.
