| Filing 14 MINUTE entry before the Honorable Robert M. Dow, Jr: Defendant's unopposed motion for extension of time to answer or otherwise plead #11 is granted to and including 12/9/2020. Upon review of the initial joint status report #13 filed on 12/2/2020, the status hearing set for 12/7/2020 is stricken. In view of the parties' request for a settlement conference [see 13, at 3], this case will be referred to Magistrate Gilbert for discovery supervision and a settlement conference. The parties may discuss with Judge Gilbert what discovery is needed, if any, in advance of the settlement conference. If Defendant files a motion to dismiss as its responsive pleading, the parties may discuss with Judge Gilbert whether to defer briefing on that motion pending the settlement conference and Judge Gilbert is authorized to set a briefing schedule if needed.
