ORDER: Plaintiff's application for leave to proceed in forma pauperis #3 is denied without prejudice. To proceed with this case, Plaintiff must (1) file a renewed in forma pauperis application with updated trust fund ledgers starting on October 18, 2020 (the last date on his current ledgers) and ending on the date of compliance; and (2) submit a memorandum explaining why, in view of his substantial income, he failed to conserve funds sufficient to pay the filing fee. Alternatively, Plaintiff may prepay the $400 filing fee. If Plaintiff does not comply by December 23, 2020, the case will be dismissed. Plaintiff's motion for attorney representation #4 is denied without prejudice as he did not answer the question on the court's form requiring him to summarize his efforts to obtain counsel himself. Owens v. Duncan, 798 Fed. App'x 9, 13 (7th Cir. 2020). In any event, nothing suggests that he is unable to respond to this order, which calls for basic financial information and explanations regarding matters that are within his knowledge. Plaintiff must promptly update his address if he is released or transferred to another facility. If he does not comply, this case will be subject to dismissal.
