ORDER Signed by the Honorable Franklin U. Valderrama on 12/7/2020: The Court dismisses Plaintiff's complaint #1 without prejudice for failure to state a claim upon which relief could be granted. Further, the Court denies Plaintiff's motion to proceed in forma pauperis #4 as moot, and denies her motions for attorney representation #5 and for prepayment or reimbursement of expenses #6 without prejudice. Plaintiff must file an amended complaint and a renewed in forma pauperis petition consistent with this Order by 1/21/2021. Failure to do so will result in dismissal of the case. The Court recommends that Plaintiff utilize the resources provided by the U.S. District Court Hibbler Memorial Pro Se Assistance Program in preparing an amended complaint, information about which can be found at: https://www.ilnd.uscourts.gov/Pages.aspx?/2+UWDbtVzCDq3Lu8BusuQ==.
