ORDER Plaintiff's application for leave to proceed in forma pauperis #3 is granted. The Court authorizes and orders the trust fund officer at Plaintiff's place of incarceration to deduct $38.32 from her account for payment to the Clerk of Court as an initial partial payment of the filing fee, and to continue making monthly deductions in accordance with this Order. Plaintiff's trust fund officer must collect 100% of all income into her trust account until accrued filing fees are paid. The Court directs the Clerk to send copies of this Order to the Court's Fiscal Department, and to the trust account office at Plaintiff's place of confinement. Summonses shall not issue at this time, however. The Court orders Plaintiff to show good cause in writing why the complaint should not be summarily dismissed for fraud in view of her failure to disclose her prior litigation history.
