November 5, 2020 Filing 5 MINUTE entry before the Honorable Manish S. Shah: The complaint does not adequately allege subject-matter jurisdiction because citizenship of individuals is based on domicile, not residence, and the citizenship of an LLC is the citizenship of the LLC's members (not place of business of the LLC).
