ORDER: This matter is a miscellaneous case regarding Petitioners' petition to compel subpoena compliance from Federal Trade Commission. The Court finds that the district court judge overseeing the underlying class action would be in the best position to decide this matter and thus transfer this matter to the Western District of Missouri in Kyle v.
