Filing 6 ORDER: The Court denies Plaintiff's motion for leave to file in forma pauperis #5 without prejudice to reconsideration if he renews the motion in compliance with this order. Plaintiff is given until February 2, 2021 to file an in forma pauperis application on the enclosed form with the information required by 28 U.S.C 1915(a)(2). or pay the $402.00 filing fee. If Plaintiff takes no action by that date, the Court may dismiss this action without prejudice. The Clerk is instructed to update the docket to reflect that Defendant is J.B.
