ORDER Plaintiff's motion for reconsideration #15 is denied. The docket confirms that the forms in question were mailed on 12/18/2020. Many detainees and inmates have managed to complete these and similar forms during the pandemic. ORDER Plaintiff Robert Kowalski is granted until January 15, 2021, either to file an in forma pauperis application on the enclosed form with the information required by 28 U.S.C. 1915(a)(2) or pay the full $400 filing fee. If Angelo Leslie wishes to join as a Co-Plaintiff in this matter, then (1) Plaintiffs must submit an amended complaint bearing the signatures of both Co-Plaintiffs, and (2) Angelo Leslie must also either pay the $400 filing fee or file an IFP application. The Court directs the Clerk to send Plaintiff Kowalski and Mr. Leslie (#51305-424) IFP applications, amended complaint forms, instructions, and three USM-285 (service) forms along with a copy of this order.
