January 20, 2021 Opinion or Order Filing 8 ORDER: By order dated December 16, 2020, the Court denied Plaintiff's application for leave to proceed in forma pauperis but granted him an opportunity to either (1) pay the full statutory filing fee of $400.00, or (2) submit a renewed application that complied with the instructions in the order. Plaintiff subsequently advised that he has been released from custody, but he has not yet complied with the December 16, 2020 order. If Plaintiff wants to proceed further, he must comply with the order so that the Court can resolve his fee status. Failure to comply by February 10, 2021, will result in summary dismissal of this lawsuit. The Clerk of Court is directed to (1) revise the docket to reflect Plaintiff's new address, see #7 ; and (2) send Plaintiff a copy of this order along with a copy of the December 16, 2020 Order #5 . December 16, 2020 Opinion or Order Filing 5 ORDER Signed by the Honorable Robert W. Gettleman on 12/16/2020: The Court denies Plaintiff's application for leave to proceed in forma pauperis #3 without prejudice. If Plaintiff wants to proceed to screening under 28 U.S.C. 1915A, he must either (1) prepay the full statutory filing fee of $400.00; or (2) submit a renewed application to proceed in forma pauperis that complies with the instructions in the statement section of this order. Failure to comply by January 20, 2021, will result in summary dismissal of this case. Plaintiff also must promptly submit a change-of-address notification if he is transferred to another facility or released. Failure to keep the Court informed of his address may lead to dismissal of this case for failure to comply with a Court order and for want of prosecution. The Court defers ruling on Plaintiff's motion for attorney representation and initial review of his complaint until his fee status has been resolved. The Court directs the Clerk of Court to send Plaintiff a blank application to proceed in forma pauperis along with a copy of this order. Mailed notice (cn).
