This case is stayed pending resolution of the appeals of McDonald v. Symphony Bronzeville Park, LLC, (No. 126511 (Ill.)) and Tims v. Blackhorse Carriers, (No. 1-20-0563 (Ill. App. Ct. 1st Dist.)), or until further order of this Court. Any party may file a motion to lift the stay at any time. Defendant's responsive pleading shall be held in abeyance until further order of this Court. The telephonic status hearing set for 2/23/2021 is stricken. By 5/20/2021, the parties shall file a joint status report setting forth the status of proceedings in McDonald and Tims, and whether any party is aware of any reason that the stay of this matter should be lifted or modified. | Filing 7 MINUTE entry before the Honorable Andrea R. Wood: Defendant's unopposed motion for an extension of time to answer or otherwise plead to Plaintiff's complaint #6 is granted. Defendant shall have until 2/5/2021 to answer or otherwise respond to the complaint. Telephonic initial status conference set for 2/23/2021 at 10:00 AM.
