ORDER: Plaintiff's application for leave to proceed in forma pauperis #3 is granted. However, this action is summarily dismissed on initial review pursuant to 28 U.S.C. 1915A as frivolous. The Court orders the trust fund officer at Plaintiff's current place of incarceration to deduct $21.67 from Plaintiff's account for payment to the Clerk of Court as an initial partial filing fee and to continue making monthly deductions as directed in this order. Plaintiff's motion for attorney representation #4 is denied. The Clerk is directed to: (1) correct Plaintiff's name on the docket to Yaseen Ali, rather than "Ali Yaseen"; (2) enter final judgment; and (3) send a copy of this order to Plaintiff, the trust fund officer at Plaintiff's place of incarceration, and the Court's Fiscal Department.
