ORDER :Plaintiff's motion to proceed in forma pauperis #3 is denied without prejudice. The court directs plaintiff to submit a renewed application to proceed in forma pauperis (IFP application) that is certified by a trust fund officer and that includes copies of jail trust fund ledgers showing his income for the six months preceding the initiation of this action (from June 14, 2020, through December 14, 2020). Failure to comply by February 11, 2021, will result in denial of leave to proceed in forma pauperis and summary dismissal of this case. The court instructs the Clerk to provide plaintiff a blank IFP application along with a copy of this order. The court defers ruling on plaintiff's motion for attorney representation #4 .
