ORDER: By order dated December 22, 2020, the Court denied Plaintiff's original application for leave to proceed in forma pauperis because it was incomplete #6 . The Court instructed Plaintiff, at that time, what he must do if he wanted to proceed with this lawsuit. Plaintiff did not comply with the Court's order. Instead, he submitted a renewed application to proceed in forma pauperis that suffers from the same flaws as his original application. He also submitted several documents that have no bearing on his fee status. The Court strikes the non-responsive documents #7 #8 #10 and denies Plaintiff's renewed application for leave to proceed in forma pauperis #9 . If Plaintiff wants to proceed further, he must either (1) prepay the full statutory filing fee of $402.00; or (2) submit a properly completed, supported, and certified application to proceed in forma pauperis. Failure to comply by March 5, 2021, will result in summary dismissal of this action. ORDER: The Court denies Plaintiff's application for leave to proceed in forma pauperis #3 without prejudice. If Plaintiff wants to proceed to screening under 28 U.S.C. 1915A, he must either (1) prepay the full statutory filing fee of $402.00; or (2) submit a renewed application to proceed in forma pauperis that complies with the instructions in the statement section of this order. Failure to comply by January 29, 2021, will result in summary dismissal of this case. Plaintiff also must promptly submit a change-of-address notification if he is transferred to another facility or released. Failure to keep the Court informed of his address may lead to dismissal of this case for failure to comply with a Court order and for want of prosecution. The Court defers initial review of Plaintiff's complaint and motion for attorney representation until his fee status has been resolved. The Court directs the Clerk of Court to (1) revise the docket to reflect Plaintiff's inmate number, #88186; and (2) send Plaintiff a copy of this order along with a blank application to proceed in forma pauperis.
