ORDER Signed by the Honorable Robert W. Gettleman on 1/5/2021: Plaintiff's application for leave to proceed in forma pauperis #3 is denied as incomplete. By February 2, 2021, Plaintiff must either: (1) prepay the full civil case filing fee of $402.00; or (2) submit a completed application for leave to proceed in forma pauperis on the Court's form, along with certified trust fund account information as set forth below. If he does not comply, the Court will summarily dismiss this case. The Clerk of Court shall send copies of this order (electronically, if possible) to: (1) Plaintiff (along with an application for leave to proceed in forma pauperis); and (2) the trust fund officer at Plaintiff's current place of incarceration, who is directed to ensure that deductions are aggregated and collected for the fees in each of Plaintiff's prior four cases in accordance with the Prison Litigation Reform Act as set forth below. As of December 30, 2020, Plaintiff owed more than $1,300.00 toward the four prior filing fees listed below.
