ORDER: In November 2020, Plaintiff Helene Williams -- a restricted filer in this district -- filed an action in the Circuit Court of Cook County. On December 16, 2020, Defendant City of Chicago removed the action to this Court. Pursuant to the Executive Committee's prior orders restricting Plaintiff's filings in this Court, "any new complaints filed by Ms. Williams and transferred to this Court from another jurisdiction shall be reviewed by the Executive Committee to determine whether they should be filed." Accordingly, the Court refers Plaintiff's complaint, attached to the notice of removal #1 , to the Executive Committee to determine whether this action should proceed. In the meantime, the pending motions [5, 7] are entered and continued generally. Finally, it appears that Defendant City of Chicago owes a filing fee on this matter. Signed by the Honorable Robert M.
