ORDER Plaintiff's applications for leave to proceed in forma pauperis #3 , #3 are granted. The Court orders the trust fund officer at Plaintiff's place of incarceration to immediately deduct $4.57 for each case from Plaintiff's account for payment to the Clerk of Court as an initial partial payment of the filing fee and to continue making monthly deductions in accordance with this order as addressed below. The Court directs the Clerk of Court to send a copy of this order (electronically if possible) to the trust fund officer of the facility having custody of Plaintiff and to this Court's Fiscal Department. However, summonses shall not issue at this time. Plaintiff's motions for attorney representation #4 , #4 are granted. The Court requests that William J. Anaya of Greensfelder, Hemker & Gale, P.C., 200 West Madison Street, Suite 3300, Chicago, Illinois 60606, represent Plaintiff this case in accordance with counsel's trial bar obligations under the District Court's Local Rule 83.37 (N.D. Ill.) A copy of this order shall be sent to the PACER Service Center at https://pacer.uscourts.gov/. A copy of this order shall also be sent to the Systems Department of the Northern District of Illinois and to recruited counsel. Recruited counsel shall file an appearance in each case by January 25, 2021.
