However, later in his motion, he states that former inmates and friends put money into his commissary account and his trust fund account shows two deposits of $50 since filing this action. The Court finds that he has sufficient funds to pay the $5.00 filing fee. Accordingly, Petitioner's Motion #6 is DENIED. Petitioner's duplicative Petition to Proceed in forma pauperis #8 is DISMISSED. October 9, 2020 Opinion or Order TEXT ORDER Entered by Chief Judge Sara Darrow on 10/9/20. Petitioner Ayodele Bode filed a Petition for Writ of Habeas Corpus pursuant to 28 U.S.C. 2241 #1 on September 14, 2020, in the United States District Court for the Southern District of Illinois, and was promptly ordered to pay the filing fee or file a motion to proceed in forma pauperis within thirty days and to notify the court if his address changes. The next day the Southern District of Illinois transferred the case here, to the Central District of Illinois, because, at the time, Petitioner was confined at the Jerome Combs Detention Center in Kankakee, Illinois, which is within the territorial jurisdiction of this Court. Petitioner has still not paid the filing fee, and from Petitioners most recent filing #5 and the ICE Online Detainee Locator, it appears he is now confined at the McHenry County Adult Correctional Facility, in Woodstock, Illinois. Due to the confusion and delay that may have been caused by the transfer of his petition and his own physical transfer, the Court will extend Petitioners deadline to pay the fee or file a motion to proceed in forma pauperis until November 2, 2020. If Petitioner fails to do so, the Court will dismiss his petition without prejudice. The Clerk is DIRECTED to send Petitioner a copy of the forms for proceeding in forma pauperis. The Clerk is also DIRECTED to update Petitioners address of record to McHenry County Adult Correctional Facility, 2200 N. Seminary Ave., Woodstock, IL, 60098. Petitioner is again admonished that he must immediately notify the Court of any change in his mailing address. Failure to notify the Court of any further change in mailing address may result in dismissal of this lawsuit, with prejudice. (ED, ilcd) [Transferred from Illinois Central on 1/4/2021.]
