ORDER : Plaintiff's application for leave to proceed in forma pauperis #6 is denied. If Plaintiff wants to proceed with this lawsuit, he must both: (1) pay the $402 filing fee; and (2) show good cause in writing why this case should not be dismissed based on apparent false statements in his in forma pauperis application (in other words, he must provide a written explanation for his actions so the Court may consider whether to allow him to proceed). The matter will remain closed and may be reinstated if Plaintiff fully complies with this Order and his complaint states a claim following initial review pursuant to 28 U.S.C. 1915A. ORDER: By order dated January 19, 2021, the Court directed Plaintiff to either file an application to proceed in forma pauperis or pay the full $400 filing fee #3 . The Court warned Plaintiff that failure to comply with the order by February 18, 2021, would result in summary dismissal of this case. Plaintiff did not respond to the Court's order. Accordingly, this case is dismissed without prejudice for Plaintiff's failure to comply with the Court's order of January 19, 2021. The Court directs the Clerk of Court to terminate all pending motions as moot. Having brought this action, Plaintiff remains obligated to pay the full filing fee. See 28 U.S.C. 1915(b)(1).
