ORDER: Plaintiff Franchesca Weeks brings this pro se action requesting judicial review of the denial of her application for disability benefits under the Social Security Act under 42 U.S.C. 405(g). Before the Court are Plaintiff's application for leave to proceed in forma pauperis #4 and her motion for attorney representation #5 , as well as Defendant's motion for a more definite statement #9 . Plaintiff's application for leave to proceed in forma pauperis #4 demonstrates that she cannot pay the filing fee and is therefore granted. Plaintiff's motion for attorney representation #5 is also granted. Defendant's Motion for a More Definite Statement #9 is granted. The Court enlists Jeffrey S. Fowler with Laner Muchin, Ltd., 515 North State Street, Suite 2800 Chicago, IL 60654-4688, jfowler@lanermuchin.com, to represent Plaintiff in accordance with counsel's trial bar obligations under N.D. Ill. Local Rules 83.11(h) and 83.37. By March 3, 2021, counsel should enter an appearance for Plaintiff. On or before April 12, 2021, counsel should submit an amended complaint as described below.
