ORDER: Plaintiff's application for leave to proceed in forma pauperis #3 is denied because Plaintiff has "struck out" under 28 U.S.C. 1915(g). If Plaintiff wants to proceed with this action, he must pay the full statutory filing fee of $402 by March 29, 2021. If he does not comply, this case will be summarily dismissed. Plaintiff's motion for attorney representation #4 is denied without prejudice as Plaintiff's only task is to address his fee status so counsel is unnecessary at this time. The Clerk is directed to send a copy of this order to Plaintiff, as well as the trust fund officer at Plaintiff's current place of confinement. The Court requests that the trust fund officer update Plaintiff's records to reflect his payment obligations and ensure that fees are aggregated and collected as detailed in the "Statement" section of this order.
