As to Microsoft data, Microsoft represented that it would voluntarily turn over the requested account data to Mr. Shaikh upon a judicial determination that he is the owner of such account(s). Petitioners have undertaken to file an affidavit from Mr. Shaikh, concerning his ownership of the accounts in question, by no later than 3/26/21. The matter is set for a telephonic hearing before Magistrate Judge Fuentes on 4/14/21 at 10:00 a.m., and at the hearing, any party may present evidence relevant to the question of Mr. Shaikh's ownership of the account(s), whereupon the Court expects to make an appropriate judicial determination of that question.
