Filing 5 ORDER: The Court takes Plaintiff's applications for leave to proceed in forma pauperis under consideration. If Plaintiff wants to proceed with the above-captioned lawsuits, he must (1) explain in writing and under oath why he believes the Court should allow him to proceed in forma pauperis in these cases and (2) submit a certified trust fund statement showing activity in his account or accounts from February 2, 2021, to the time he responds to this order. If he was incarcerated at more than one facility during that time, he must provide an account statement from each facility at which he was incarcerated. Alternatively, he may prepay the Court's fees. The fee is $402.00 per case, or $804.00 for both cases. Payment may be made by check or money order payable to Clerk, United States District Court. Failure to fully comply with this order by April 15, 2021, may result in summary dismissal of these cases. The Court defers consideration of Plaintiff's complaints under 28 U.S.C. 1915A until his fee status has been resolved.
