Harjani: The following schedule shall govern the proceedings in this case: (1) Defendant shall file the administrative record by 6/7/2021; (2) Plaintiff's brief in support of reversing or remanding the decision is due by 8/6/2021; (3) Defendant's motion to affirm the decision and his brief in support are due by 9/20/2021; and (4) Plaintiff's reply brief is due by 10/4/2021. Defendant shall submit a courtesy copy of the administrative record to Judge Harjani's chambers (Room 1870). The parties must include in their briefs a list of the questions presented in support of remand or affirmance. Stating simply that the ALJ's decision is or is not supported by substantial evidence is not sufficient.
