The Court adopts the parties' proposed briefing schedule: response due by 4/16/2021; reply due by 5/7/2021. The Court will either issue a ruling by mail or set the matter for oral argument. In addition, given that (a) the complaint asserts a single claim on behalf of a single named plaintiff representing a putative class and (b) the motion to dismiss raises legal arguments that, if successful, would defeat the sole named plaintiff's claim in its entirety, the Court will stay discovery pending the ruling on the motion to dismiss.
