| Filing 8 MINUTE entry before the Honorable Ronald A. Guzman: Motion hearing held on 4/29/2021 regarding motion for entry of default #5 . Plaintiff's motion for entry of default #5 is denied. Defendant has voluntarily submitted the required contribution reports and will file an answer on or before 5/13/21. Defense counsel is ordered to file an appearance immediately in accordance with the Court's local rules. A telephonic status hearing is set for 6/30/2021 at 10:45 am. for a report on settlement discussions. Throughout the telephonic hearing, each speaker will be expected to identify themselves for the record before speaking.
