| Filing 11 MINUTE entry before the Honorable John Robert Blakey: The Court adopts (in part) the schedule proposed by the parties, see #9 , and sets the following case management dates: the parties shall exchange initial disclosures by 5/21/21, issue written discovery by 6/14/21, and complete fact discovery by 12/17/21; the deadline for amendments to pleadings (to add claims, parties, etc.) is 10/1/21. The parties shall file an updated status report by 11/15/21 confirming that they are on track to meet the 12/17/21 fact discovery deadline, indicating whether they in fact require expert discovery, and indicating whether either party will seek summary judgment. If at any time the parties determine that a settlement conference with the assigned Magistrate Judge could be productive, they should call Chambers to so advise, and the Court will enter an appropriate referral order.
