Date Filed Document Text
March 30, 2021 Filing 6 ENTERED JUDGMENT. Mailed notice. (ym, )
March 30, 2021 Opinion or Order Filing 5 ORDER: Petitioner Anthony Bussie confined at the Federal Medical Center in Butner, North Carolina, files this 28 U.S.C. 2241 petition on behalf of federal inmate Cesar Sayok, who is confined at the United States Penitentiary in Marion, Illinois, in the Southern District of Illinois. Bussie has filed numerous suits in federal courts around the country. His instant petition, which repeatedly asserts acts of "policing government electorials," makes little sense. Additionally, neither Bussie, nor Sayok, is in the Northern District of Illinois, and neither was convicted here. Pursuant to Rule 4 of the Rules Governing 28 U.S.C. 2254 Cases, the instant petition is dismissed. Bussie's in forma pauperis application #3 , his motion for an attorney #4 , and any other pending motion in this case are denied. Bussie remains responsible for the $5.00 filing fee. If he seeks to appeal this order, he must file a notice of appeal in this Court within 30 days. The Clerk of this Court is directed to close this case. Civil case terminated. Signed by the Honorable Sharon Johnson Coleman on 3/30/2021. Mailed notice. (ym, )
