Filing 11 MINUTE entry before the Honorable Mary M. Rowland: The court has been informed Gabrielle Sigel was recently recruited in another matter pending in the Northern District and therefore should not have been recruited in this case. For that reason, Sigel is relieved of her recruitment under Local Rule 83.38 and terminated as counsel of record for plaintiff. The Court requests that Jason G. Winchester, Jones Day, 77 West Wacker Drive Suite 3500, Chicago, Illinois 60601-1692, tel: (312) 782-3939, jgwinchester@jonesday.com to represent Plaintiff in accordance with counsel's trial bar obligations under Local Rule 83.37 (N.D. Ill.).1 Counsel shall refer to the Court's order dated May 10, 2021 #7 for further instruction. The Clerk of Court is directed to send a copy of this order to Plaintiff, attorney Winchester, the Systems Department of the Northern District of Illinois, and the PACER Service Center at pacer@psc.uscourts.gov. Recruited counsel shall file a written status report on or before July 12, 2021, advising whether he will proceed on the complaint or whether he would like to file an amended complaint.
