Accordingly, the case is dismissed with prejudice in accordance with the terms of the parties' stipulation and by operation of Rule 41(a)(1)(A)(ii) of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure. April 5, 2021 Filing 18 MINUTE entry before the Honorable John F. Kness: Counsel for the parties have today sent a number of substantive communications to Court staff concerning the status of this case. In short, it appears that the parties agree Plaintiff E.B. will be placed at Plaintiffs' preferred educational facility on 4/12/2021. Plaintiffs thus believe that there may be no need to submit briefing by the previously-set deadline of 5 p.m. today. Defendants apparently intend to submit their brief regardless of these reported developments. In an effort both to conserve resources and to permit the parties to proceed how they see fit, the Court vacates the existing briefing deadline. No party is required to submit any briefing before the hearing scheduled for 1:30 p.m. on 4/7/2021. Any party, however, may submit briefing in advance of the 4/7/2021 hearing if it so chooses. The Court expects to receive an update as to the status of the case at the 4/7 hearing. Mailed notice (ef, )
