The Court warned Plaintiff that failure to pay the filing fee by May 14, 2021, would result in summary dismissal of this case. Plaintiff did not respond to the Court's order, and the May 14, 2021 deadline has passed. Accordingly, this case is dismissed without prejudice for Plaintiff's failure to comply with theCourt's order of April 15, 2021. April 15, 2021 Opinion or Order Filing 5 ORDER: Plaintiff's application for leave to proceed in forma pauperis #3 is denied for lack of a sufficient showing of indigence. If Plaintiff wants to proceed with this case, he must pre-pay the $402.00 filing fee by May 14, 2021. Failure to do so will result in summary dismissal of this case. The Court defers screening of Plaintiff's complaint #1 and related pleadings #4 pending payment of the filing fee. The Clerk is instructed to update the docket to reflect Plaintiff's address (Danville Correctional Center, 3820 E. Main Street, Danville, Illinois 61834) and his prisoner identification number (R-17629). Plaintiff is advised that he has a continuing obligation to keep the Court apprised of his current address and failure to do so will result in dismissal of this lawsuit for failure to comply with a court order and for want of prosecution.
