ORDER. ORDER: The court grants Plaintiff's application for leave to proceed in forma pauperis #4 and orders the trust fund officer at Plaintiff's place of incarceration to deduct $43.00 from Plaintiff's account for payment to the Clerk of Court as an initial partial filing fee and to continue making monthly deductions in accordance with this order. As this is the third case in which Plaintiff has been granted leave to proceed in forma pauperis, 60% of his income should be devoted toward filing fees when his balance exceeds $10. The court directs the Clerk of Court to send a copy of this order (electronically if possible) to the trust fund officer at Plaintiff's place of incarceration and to this Court's Fiscal Department. Summons will not issue at this time, however, and Plaintiff's complaint #1 is dismissed without prejudice because it violates pleading and joinder rules. The court has previously explained those rules and will do so again here. If Plaintiff wants to proceed with this lawsuit, he must submit an amended complaint that complies with this order. Failure to submit an amended complaint by June 22, 2021, will result in summary dismissal of this lawsuit. Plaintiff also must promptly submit a written change-of-address notification if he is transferred to another facility or released. Plaintiff's request for Marshal Service forms #5 is denied without prejudice and need not be renewed; the court will ensure that Plaintiff receives the requisite number of forms if a pleading is accepted for service. Plaintiff's "sexual harassment PREA" #7 , which does not appear to be connected to the claims Plaintiff sought to raise in this case, is stricken.
