Filing 12 MINUTE entry before the Honorable Jeffrey Cummings: The parties have consented to the jurisdiction of this Court [9, 11]. The Court has reviewed the parties' initial status report #4 and adopts the parties' proposed schedule in part as follows. Parties to exchange Rule 26(a) initial disclosures by 06/30/2021. Parties to issue written discovery by 07/31/2021. Deadline for the amendment of pleadings by 09/28/2021. All fact discovery shall be completed by 12/31/2021. The Court will set an expert discovery schedule at a later date. By 09/13/2021, the parties shall file a joint status report setting forth what discovery has been completed, what discovery remains, and whether any discovery disputes require the Court's attention. In addition, if the parties are mutually interested in a settlement conference, they shall also address the issues set forth in the first paragraph of the second page of the Court's Standing Order For Settlement Conferences and provide the dates that the parties are mutually available in October and November 2021 for a remote video settlement conference. The deadlines for the submission of settlement letters described in the Standing Order and the date for the settlement conference will be promptly set after the joint status report is received.
