| Filing 9 MINUTE entry before the Honorable Susan E. Cox: The Court has reviewed the parties' Rule 26(f) statement. The Court adopts the parties' proposed fact discovery deadline of 7/15/22. This deadline will include all discovery of treating physicians. Given the generous nature of this deadline, the parties are advised that the Court is very disinclined to grant any extensions of this deadline. Thirteen months is ample time to complete fact and treating physician discovery. It is not this Court's practice to set additional deadlines within the fact discovery period, and instead trusts the parties to work diligently within the discovery period to meet the deadline. The Court will not set an expert discovery schedule until the fact discovery deadline gets closer. The parties are ordered to file an updated joint status report on 9/8/21 informing the Court of the progress of fact discovery and whether the parties would like to schedule a settlement conference at that time.
