MINUTE entry before the Honorable Manish S. Shah: Federal prisoner Kenneth Steward seeks to bring a 28 U.S.C. 2254 petition challenging his Illinois conviction, the sentence for which presumably will follow his federal sentence. Steward, however, has neither paid the $5.00 filing fee nor submitted an in forma pauperis (IFP ) application demonstrating his inability to pay. By June 24, 2021, Steward must either pay the $5.00 fee by check or money order made payable to Clerk, United States District Court Northern District of Illinois, or submit a completed IFP application with a copy of his prison trust account statement. His failure to comply with this order will result in summary dismissal of this case without prejudice. See N.D. Ill. Local Rule 3.3(f). The Clerk shall forward an IFP application to Steward.
