Filing 3 MINUTE entry before the Honorable Steven C. Seeger: Plaintiff Monica Pfeiffer, a pro se litigant, filed a four-page handwritten complaint. (Dckt. No. #1 ) It begins "I also suspect mor[t]gage fraud," apparently by her "landlord." "If this guy is prosecuted, I will be able [to] live freely and happily." The complaint also alleges that the landlord "wants to rape by entering into an elevator and also pulling down his pants," and alleges that he is following her around and otherwise harassing her. The Court has significant concerns about whether the complaint states a claim for which relief can be granted. But the first step is the filing fee. Plaintiff must pay the filing fee of $402.00 or submit an application to proceed in forma pauperis by June 28, 2021. A failure to comply will lead to dismissal. Mailed notice. (jjr, ) |
