ORDER: Plaintiff submitted a complaint #1 but did not file an application for leave to proceed in forma pauperis or prepay the filing fee. Accordingly, if Plaintiff wishes to proceed with this matter, he must: (1) submit an application to proceed in forma pauperis; or, (2) pay the full $402 filing fee. If he does not comply by 9/3/21, the Court will summarily dismiss this case. The Court instructs the Clerk to send Plaintiff a blank in forma pauperis application, along with a copy of this order. The Court advises Plaintiff that he has a continuing obligation to keep the Court apprised of his current address, and, if he fails to do so, the Court will dismiss this case for failure to comply with a Court order and for want of prosecution.
