ORDER: By order dated June 15, 2021 #5 , the court denied plaintiff's application for leave to proceed in forma pauperis, ordered him to pay the full $402 filing fee, and warned him that if he did not comply by July 6, 2021, this case would be summarily dismissed. In plaintiff's motion for an extension of time #6 , he asserts that his "dorm is under quarantine" so his counselor "is not allowed on the dorm," which he says prevents him from "sign[ing] check funds to be taken off [his] trust fund" to pay the filing fee. Division 16 is a quarantine/isolation area of the Jail. Cook County Jail records indicate that plaintiff's housing location (Div. 16-BC-B4-BB-25) has not changed since the court initially received his submissions on June 9, 2021; plaintiff appears to have been located there when he signed his initial submissions on June 1, 2021, as well. #1 at 19; [1-1]. Without expressing any opinion about the basis for plaintiff's request, the court grants his motion #6 . If plaintiff does not pay the $402 fee or provide the court with a copy of his trust fund ledgers showing that a deduction has been made by July 20, 2021, this case will be summarily dismissed. ORDER: For the reasons below, plaintiff's application for leave to proceed in forma pauperis #3 is denied. If plaintiff does not prepay the full $402 filing fee by July 6, 2021, this case will be summarily dismissed. Plaintiff's motion for attorney representation #4 is denied without prejudice. Plaintiff must promptly inform the court and provide his new address if he is released or transferred to another facility. If he does not update his address each time it changes while this case is pending, this case may be dismissed with no further warning.
