ORDER: The Court denies Plaintiff's application for leave to proceed in forma pauperis #3 and orders him to prepay the full statutory $402 filing fee. If he does not comply by August 23, 2021, the Court will summarily dismiss this case. Plaintiff's motion for attorney representation #4 is denied without prejudice as the Court cannot determine what he has done to attempt to obtain counsel himself given his vague assertion that he could not locate counsel due to "Covid-19," Pickett v. Chicago Transit Auth., 930 F.3d 869, 871 (7th Cir. 2019) (citing Pruitt v. Mote, 503 F.3d 647, 654 (7th Cir. 2007) (en banc). Plaintiff must promptly update his address if he is released or transferred. If he fails to comply, this case will be subject to dismissal with no further warning. The Court also requests that the trust fund officer at Plaintiff's place of custody update Plaintiff's list of cases with outstanding filing fees to include Williams v. Dart, Case No. 18 C 506 (N.D. Ill.), and the appeal associated with that case (Seventh Circuit Appeal No. 18-2245), Williams v. Kast, Case No. 18 C 503 (N.D. Ill.), Williams v. Reyes, Case No. 13 C 6692 (N.D. Ill.), and Williams v. Dart, Case No. 13 C 5466 (N.D. Ill.), and commence aggregated fee payments beginning at 100% of Plaintiff's income each month he receives at least $10.00, as detailed in the statement below. The Clerk is directed to: (1) send a copy of this order (electronically if possible) to the trust fund officer at the Cook County Jail, as well as Plaintiff; and (2) docket this order in each of Plaintiff's prior cases listed above.
