| Filing 10 EXECUTIVE COMMITTEE ORDER: IT APPEARING THAT on December 15, 2017, an Executive Committee order was entered, restricting the filings of William Lee Grant II such that any submissions received from Mr. Grant shall be reviewed by the Executive Committee to determine whether they should be filed. IT FURTHER APPEARING THAT in April 2021, Mr. Grant filed an action in the Circuit Court of Lake County. On June 21, 2021, Defendant United States removed the action to this Court where it was filed as Case Number 21 CV 3300, Grant v. United States, before the Honorable Virginia M. Kendall. Pursuant to prior Executive Committee orders, Judge Kendall referred the matter to the Committee for consideration. The Executive Committee subsequently reviewed the submission from Defendant United States therefore IT IS HEREBY ORDERED THAT Defendant United States is granted leave to file case number 21 CV 3300, Grant v. United States, in which matter Judge Kendall will rule on the merits. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED THAT the order entered on December 15, 2017 remains in force, and any documents submitted by Mr. Grant shall be discarded for a period of 12 months, after which he may submit a motion to modify or rescind the restrictions against him, unless he demonstrates to the Executive Committee in writing that he is in imminent danger of great bodily harm, and any new complaints filed by Mr. Grant and transferred to this Court from another jurisdiction shall be reviewed by the Executive Committee to determine whether they should be filed, and. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED THAT the Clerk shall cause a copy of this order to be mailed to Mr. Grant at 901 Wythe Road, Springfield, Illinois 62702.
