Defendant may answer or otherwise plead to the complaint by 10/6/2021. Should the parties be unable to resolve their dispute by that date, they are directed to confer no later than 10/8/2021 to discuss deadlines for any Rule 26(a)(1) disclosures that have not already been exchanged and a proposed discovery plan. Plaintiffs are responsible for initiating such a conference, and all lead counsel for all parties must participate.
