ORDER Signed by the Honorable Franklin U. Valderrama on 8/26/2021: Plaintiff previously filed a motion for leave to proceed in forma pauperis (IFP) #4 and a motion for attorney representation #4 . As explained in the Court's July 22, 2021 Order #7 , Plaintiff IFP application #4 is incomplete: Plaintiff must either pre-pay the full $402 filing fee or submit a renewed IFP application if he wishes to proceed with this case. Therefore, Plaintiff's requests for attorney representation #8 at pg. 1, #9 at pg. 1, #4 are denied without prejudice. Plaintiff may renew his request for counsel if and when this case proceeds forward. Given Plaintiff's statements in his letters #8 #9 about his recent transfers, the Court, on its own motion, extends the September 6, 2021 deadline for complying with the Court's July 22, 2021 Order until October 21, 2021. Plaintiff's failure to pay the full filing fee or submit a renewed IFP, in accordance with the Court's July 22, 2021 Order, by the aforementioned date will result in summary dismissal of this lawsuit. Plaintiff's request for copies of all of his legal documents in his multiple cases, see #8 at pg. 1, is denied. Mailed notice (axc).

ORDER: Plaintiff Dawrence E. Clemons initiated this pro se civil rights lawsuit under 42 U.S.C. 1983. He seeks to file his complaint without pre-paying the Court's filing fee, but his application is incomplete. Therefore, Plaintiff's application for leave to proceed in forma pauperis #3 is denied without prejudice. If Plaintiff wants to proceed with this action, he must either: (1) pre-pay the full statutory filing fee of $402.00 or (2) submit a renewed application to proceed in forma pauperis in accordance with this Order. Failure to comply by September 6, 2021, will result in summary dismissal of this case. Plaintiff also must promptly submit a change-of-address notification if he is transferred to another facility or released. Failure to keep the Court informed of his address may lead to dismissal of this case for failure to comply with a Court order and for want of prosecution. The Court defers ruling on Plaintiff's complaint #6 and motion for attorney representation #4 until his fee status is resolved.
