July 28, 2021 Opinion or Order Filing 11 MINUTE entry before the Honorable Andrea R. Wood: Defendant has filed a consent motion for extension of deadlines #10 , which is based in part on Plaintiff's plan to file a motion to join additional defendants. Plaintiff is advised that she will have to file an amended complaint in order to add new defendants to this case. Plaintiff and Defendant shall appear as scheduled for a telephonic hearing on 8/11/2021 at 10:30 AM, but they will not be required to file a joint initial status report in advance of the hearing.
