ORDER: Plaintiff's application for leave to proceed in forma pauperis #3 is denied without prejudice. If Plaintiff wishes to proceed with this lawsuit, he must: (1) submit a renewed in forma pauperis application in accordance with this order; or (2) pay the full $402 filing fee. Plaintiff is given until September 10, 2021 to comply with this order. Failure to do so will result in summary dismissal of this lawsuit. Plaintiff is advised that even if this case is summarily dismissed, he remains responsible for the filing fee. The Clerk is directed to: (1) send a blank application to proceed in forma pauperis and a copy of this order to Plaintiff; and (2) send a copy of this order to the trust fund officer at Big Muddy Correctional Center, who is advised of the obligation to make aggregated trust fund deductions as detailed in this order. The Court also asks the trust fund officer to ensure that a copy of this order is mailed to each facility where Plaintiff is housed until all outstanding filing fees have been paid in full. The Court defers its initial review of Plaintiff's complaint #1 and related pleadings #4 until Plaintiff resolves his fee status in this case. Signed by the Honorable John J. Tharp, Jr on 8/12/2021.
